Current project:

Along with our partners, London Architecture Studio (click-here), we are in the process of constructing six residential units on the site of a former warehouse in Dalston East London. The property is located within a short walk of Dalston Junction Tube (East London Line), Dalston Kingsland and Hackney Downs Station - with fantastic links to The City and central London.

The project involves the substantial renovation of the existing yellow-brick warehouse building, complete with metal frame windows and a loading door. The scheme also includes an extension along the top two floors and to the north east corner of the site.

The apartments, which have been arranged around a central courtyard, are all duplex (set over two floors) and include some form of exterior space.

We are currently accepting enquiries for flats both in completed condition and also as shells.
